Organic Fairtrade Products
With over 200 organic fairtrade products, we can't keep all of it in stock - so we don't try! Instead, we order your requirements fresh from our suppliers as soon as possible after you place your order. This means that many packs are only available in 'wholesale' quantities. Some packs, though, can be split and ordered in half or quarter quantities and details are given where this applies. You will also find a few bulk catering packs in sizes up to 16kg.
The downside of our 'no stock' policy is that it can take three weeks (or more) to obtain stock from our suppliers and a further week for delivery - so it's fairly essential not to be in a hurry! Just be pleasantly surprised if you get your goods much sooner than you had expected. (We will, of course, try to let you know when your parcel is on its way.)
You will need to be a member before you can buy from Greenline. There is an annual charge for membership.

Having been involved in promoting fair trade for a long time now, it's very gratifying to be able to offer a list of over 200 products which are both organic and fairtrade.
The Fairtrade Foundation provides independant validation of fair trade products, setting 'clear minimum and progressive criteria to ensure that the conditions for the production and trade of a product are socially and economically fair and environmentally responsible'. In addition, all the food products on our site, are also certified 'organic' by an appropriate, legally recognised organisation (usually the Soil Association).

For customers living outside the United Kingdom but within the European Union we have a separate EU section where postage costs within the EU are included in the price.

If you're looking for extra low prices, free gifts and special offers, I'm afraid you'll be disappointed. We just sell all our organic and fair trade products at the best price we can.

Credit or Debit Card details are collected on our behalf through the Secure Payments Collection System provided by PayPal. This means no worries for you or us, as your card details are held only on PayPal's secure system and your details are never made known to anyone else - not even us. You can also, of course, pay direct from your PayPal account if you have one.
Members can also pay by cheque or 'Home Banking'. Paying by 'Home Banking' will avoid some or all of our 'Order Handling Charge' (See next).
An Order Handling Charge of £5.95 applies to all UK orders. This is to cover the various costs involved in processing your order, but you can get some or all of this back by paying by 'Home Banking' bank transfer. Read more about this and other ways to pay.
